    These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to outdoorlivingleads.online and the lead capture pages, contests, and project tools operated by Outdoor Living Leads (“OLL”, “we”, “us”), operated by Christopher Carson (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

    1. What We Do

    OLL provides marketing and lead generation services to landscaping and pool contractors. For homeowners, the Site helps you share project ideas and connect with a local contractor. OLL is not a contractor and does not perform landscaping, hardscaping, pool, or construction work. Any work is agreed directly between you and the contractor, who is solely responsible for it.

    2. Contractor Services

    Service details, pricing, and territory availability shown on the Site are subject to change. Territory exclusivity is granted per trade and per city, applies only under a signed service agreement for as long as that agreement is active and in good standing, and does not guarantee any number of leads, jobs, or results. The signed service agreement governs any paid engagement.

    3. Eligibility

    You must be at least the age of majority in your province to submit forms, enter contests, or upload content.

    4. Your Submissions

    • You agree that the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you.
    • You only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and that do not show identifiable people without their consent.
    • You grant OLL and the contractor serving your area a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your submissions to respond to you, prepare design concepts, and provide the services you requested. We will not use your photos in public advertising without your separate permission.
    • You will not submit anything unlawful, offensive, misleading, or that infringes anyone’s rights.

    5. AI Design Concepts

    Design concepts generated by our tools are illustrations for inspiration only. They may not reflect your property’s actual dimensions, slope, soil, drainage, utilities, setbacks, or bylaw requirements. They are not engineered plans, permits, quotes, or promises of work, price, or result. Always confirm project details with a qualified contractor and your municipality.

    6. Contests

    Each contest has its own Official Rules, which apply in addition to these Terms and take priority for that contest.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Submit false, automated, or duplicate entries or leads
    • Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Site, its tools, or its content
    • Interfere with the Site’s security or operation
    • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

    8. Intellectual Property

    The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos, software, and tools (including LeadRaffle and YardVision), is owned by OLL or its licensors and protected by law. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. Nothing in these Terms gives you any ownership or licence beyond that.

    9. No Guarantees

    The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that you will receive a quote, a response, or any particular result from a contractor. Examples, results, and case studies on the Site are specific to those clients and are not a promise of future results.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, or for any work, advice, pricing, or conduct of any contractor. Our total liability for any claim relating to your use of the Site is limited to $100 CAD. Some provinces do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

    11. Indemnity

    You agree to compensate OLL for claims and costs arising from content you submit or your breach of these Terms.

    12. Third-Party Links

    The Site may link to other websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

    13. Privacy

    Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

    14. Changes and Termination

    We may update these Terms or change or suspend the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may block access for anyone who breaches these Terms.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be heard in the courts of New Brunswick, unless your provincial consumer protection law says otherwise.
