THE BACKGROUND

A 30-Year Operator With No Channel, No Video, No Funnel

Earthworks Landscape & Design had three decades of reputation in Fredericton. Strong word-of-mouth, a full slate of returning customers, and a finished project list most contractors would envy. The digital footprint did not match: no YouTube presence, no consistent short-form content, no system for turning interested homeowners into booked estimates.

The brief was simple. Build the digital side to the same standard as the work, without burning the operator’s time.

WHAT WE BUILT

Channel, Content, Funnel

YouTube Channel Build

Full channel architecture, branding, search-optimized titles and descriptions, end screens, and playlists structured around the project types Earthworks actually sells.

AI-Assisted Video

Short-form video built from existing project photos and footage. No film crew, no scheduled shoots, no extra burden on the operator. Designed to scale weekly.

Lead-Ready Funnel

Channel pages and video end-points wired to drive viewers toward a real estimate request, not just watch time. Views are the metric, but bookings are the goal.

THE NUMBERS

Channel Launched Late April 2026

A 30-second Short hit a 15.4% click-through rate against industry benchmarks closer to 5 to 7 percent. The channel earned 1,421 views in the opening weeks with zero ad spend. The complete monthly breakdown is available on request.
